In compliance with the provisions of Articles 3, Section I, 15, 16, 33, and 36, and other applicable articles of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Data Protection Law”), as well as Articles 11, 12, Section III, 14, 23, 24 to 27, and other applicable articles of the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Regulations”), and any other applicable regulations (including those that may replace them), Gold Coast, S.A. de C.V. (“GoldCoast”), is responsible for the legitimate, controlled, and informed handling of your Personal Information (as defined below). GoldCoast commits to processing your information in accordance with the principles established in Article 6 of the Data Protection Law and in line with the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”).

10.2 To exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition (ARCO), or to revoke previously granted consent for processing your Personal Information, you must comply with the requirements of Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Law. You must submit a written and signed request to GoldCoast, along with an official identification document. GoldCoast will respond to such requests within a maximum of 20 business days (or the period established by applicable laws at the time of the request) from the receipt of a request that meets the requirements of Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
