OUR VISION
Agua clara is a Eco Sustainable Project
lead a new era of a conscious behavior that regenerates
nature. To create a new way of life in lots of luxury, through the
implementation of science in combination with traditional
wisdom, giving rise to the restoration of the environment,
promoting ideal health and the conditions leading to
human and environmental ultimate our fishing.
KANAN BIOSPHERE
Is a +1,000 hectares pristine private forest with a wide
variety of green areas, which come together to give
birth to a new integrative holistic model of living in lots of luxury. We
house wild life recovery and reproduction programs as
well as ecosystem restoration reserves, along with eco-
touristic parks. These green conservation areas are woven
strategically as biological corridors along our residential
and integrative expanses.
AMENITY HIGHLIGHTS
More than 10 km of jungle trails connect 5 vast virgin
tropical parks; home to the lagoon and cenote parks, and
to tree restoration parks, with exotic wildlife reproduction
programs, jungle water falls, temazcal (Mayan stone
sweat- lodge), solarium, tree top observatories, out door
stage, pet trails, tree top chill out, outdoor gym, child
friendly water ponds, tropical orchards, and medicinal plant
garden, all organically placed adjacent to and in harmony
with the residential areas. We are in addition committed
to transforming the transportation paradigm. Biking and
pedestrian trails will connect the entire development,
allowing for car free zones.
